"Didn't Cha Know?" was produced by fellow Soulquarian member J Dilla, and features a sample from the Tarika Blue recording "Dreamflower", which was used without prior permission from the group. A settlement fee was reached with the group outside of court. The song peaked at No. 28 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
