First single from the Jay-Z / Kanye West collaboration "Watch the Throne" to be released via iTunes.
Samples Otis Redding's 1966 classic hit, "Try A Little Tenderness".
In addition to the track featuring Otis Redding, "Watch The Throne" is currently set to include tracks with guest spots by Jay Z’s wife Beyoncé, Mr. Hudson, and Frank Ocean of controversial rap collective Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All. The majority of the album was reportedly recorded from 2010 to 2011 in France.
Shortly after the release of "Otis", rapper The Game released a controversial response record called "Uncle Otis" where he takes shots at Jay-Z, Diddy, and makes reference to several other artists including Lupe Fiasco, Drake, and Nikki Minaj.
