Tackey & Tsubasa was one of Johnny Jimusho's most successful bands. Takizawa Hideaki (滝沢秀明) and Imai Tsubasa (今井翼) were famous as members of Johnny's Jr. long before their debut. They debuted on September 11, 2002 after a year long fight with the management. They were first supposed to debut as solo artists, but neither they nor the fans wanted it.
