Itsuro Oizumi (born 17 April 1942, Nishimurayamagun, Yamagata prefecture) is a Japanese enka singer, currently signed to Teichiku Records. In 1977 he was awarded the Tohoku-Hokkaido Folk Song Prize. In 1979 he was awarded the Japanese Folk Song Association's prefectural folk award. Oizumi had his first Oricon enka number one hit in 1999, with his single "孫", which spent a consecutive 26 weeks on top of that chart, peaked at number 3 on the Oricon top 200 singles chart, and sold more than 1,000,000 copies in Japan.
