Hiromi Yamaguchi (山口ひろみ), born 2 June 1975, is a Japanese enka singer from Tengachaya in Osaka. She comes from a family of comedians, both her maternal grandfather and her mother, Kamome Kamogawa, were comedians. Yamaguchi is a graduate of the management studies at Ritsumeikan University. Before she became a singer, Yamaguchi worked as a reporter for the baseball team Yokohama F. Marinos. Yamaguchi released her début single, "Ibushi-gin" (いぶし銀), in 2002.
