Sonomi Tameoka (為岡そのみ) is a J-pop/Urban artist from Tokyo. Sonomi got her start in music when she was 3 years old by learning piano. When she was 14 she bought a keyboard and started producing music. Her early influences were, Hip-Hop, Jazz and Urban. She has collaborated with Sowelu as well as May J. and Rip Slyme. Sonomi's first album, Movin' On, was released July 8th, 2009. Sonomi is most recognizable with Jazztronik releases such as "Love Tribe" and "Oneness", most of work as of late has been with Jazztronik as the main vocal or side-vocal with another artist.
