"What If It Matters" is Sandee Chan's seventh solo studio album, released on 22nd November 2008. In it, she combines elements of modern and classical music, referring to Frederic Chopin's Étude Op.10 No.3 for her new number "Farewell Song" (離別曲) which is a collaboration with Hebe Tien. Another highlight of Sandee's ten-track album is "Apple Blossom" (蘋果花), a remake of the Misora Hibari hit "Ringo Oiwake".

陳珊妮 (Sandee Chan) is a Taiwanese singer, song-writer and producer. Born in 1970 to a Taiwanese mother and a Chinese Filipino father, Sandee studied piano as a girl, and learned to play an electric piano in high school.
