On October 4, 2016, Sandeul debuted as solo artist with his first mini album 그렇게 있어 줘. On April 20, 2011, Sandeul debuted with B1A4 upon the release of their mini-album Let's Fly and the promotional song, "O.K". He received his first solo track, "짝사랑", on B1A4's first album IGNITION (2012).
