Peoria, Arizona band, Boys and Frogs, has been creating music since their conception in January 2009. Founding members, composer Michael Alexander and female-percussionist Carissa Encinas, met at Glendale Community College as Music Production and Music Business majors, respectively, and seemed to have the perfect arsenal to independently create efficient, progressive art.
