Suicide Season: Cut Up! was released as part of a deluxe two-disc edition of Suicide Season. It was released in the UK on 2 November 2009 and later released in the US on 12 April 2010. After Oli asked a friend to remix a song for fun, the band loved the idea and decided to remix the entire album. Musicians and producers featured on the album include: Ben Weinman from The Dillinger Escape Plan, Skrillex, and Clown from Slipknot. Guitarist Lee Malia also remarked that the band compiled the release to fulfil a contractual obligation for an album re-release.
