Cecile Believe (formerly known as Mozart's Sister) is a solo music project of Caila Thompson-Hannant (born February 18, 1985) who lives in Montréal, Québec. It was established in 2011. Thompson-Hannant independently released her first EP, Dear Fear, in 2011 through Bandcamp.
