It was recorded in Windsor, Ontario, on late summer and early fall 2011, and includes 6 tracks, all composed by Cochrane. The album spawned a single, I Won't Try to Break Your Heart, which had airplay on the now defunct CBC Radio 3 service and college radio stations such as Windsor's CJAM.
