Home Alone 2 is UK rap duo D-Block Europe’s fifth mixtape and the unofficial sequel of their 2019 tape Home Alone. The inspiration for the project titles comes from the iconic Christmas movie franchise of the same name, which revolves around a young child accidentally being left at home by himself whilst his family goes on holiday. This reference is solidified by the final track being named after the films' protagonist “Kevin McCallister.” The singles “Kevin McCallister,” “No Competition,” “Chrome Hearts,” and “Overseas” came out before the full mixtape’s release date on November 19, 2021.
