Dan Yemin is an influential figure in the melodic hardcore punk rock scene. He played guitar in the early 1990s with the band
Lifetime, and in
Kid Dynamite in the late 1990s. Today he is the vocalist of Jade Tree Records hardcore act,
Paint It Black, and is also still playing guitar in Lifetime, who reformed in late 2005. He also plays bass in
