Ghosts in the Valley is a post-punk/alternative band from Philadelphia, PA formed in the summer of 2008. They borrowed the philosophy of The Minutemen vowing to "jam econo" - writing songs in the 2 to 3 minute range and recorded them live with minimal overdubs. Apparently successful, early reviews compared them to not only The Minutemen, but fellow SST labelmates Husker Du and Dinosaur Jr as well as east coast kindred spirits Fugazi.
