Gladys Love Presley (1912-1958) was Elvis Presley's beloved mother. She died unexpecedly, aged just 46, when Elvis was in the military. Although not a recording artist in her own right, some home recordings of Gladys singing popular songs exist. Some of them saw official release on Elvis compilations or soundtrack albums, notably the original soundtrack of the 2018 documentary, 'Elvis Presley: The Searcher', in which Gladys is heard singing 'Home Sweet Home'.
