In 2013, the band released their self-titled EP. The Glass Animals EP also saw the band's very first collaboration on an EP with Jean Deaux, a soulful hip-hop teenager from Chicago, on a song titled "Woozy". The extended play also features the tracks "Black Mambo" and "Exxus", both of which were previously seen in their Black Mambo/Exxus EP, and later went on to make appearances in the band's debut studio album, "ZABA".

Oxfordshire quartet Glass Animals are Dave Bayley, Drew MacFarlane, Edmund Irwin-Singer and Joe Seaward.
