The artwork was originally supposed to feature guitar Andy McCoy's girlfriend's naked breasts painted blue and red with the legend "Hanoi Roxx" written across it. Hanoi Rocks was a Finnish glam rock band formed in 1979, whose most successful period came in the early 1980s. The band broke up in 1985 after their drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley died in a car accident a year earlier.
