Kamikaze was the first full length album to be released by Icarus in 1998 on the now defunct 'Recordings Of Substance' label. When the record was licensed to Shadow records in the USA (following its initial release in the UK), the artwork was changed without the consent of the artists. The artwork shown on the release at the moment is the unapproved US version. A link to the original artwork is included below. http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=228522
