This is the only full-length album by hip-hop/rap group Inner City Posse on Rude Time Productions. It was recorded with a karaoke in D-Lyrical's basement. It was re-released in 2017 and only 500 CD-R copies were made. It was only available to those who attended the Carnival of Carnage show in Detroit, Michigan.

Inner City Posse (1989-1991) was a rap group from Detroit, Michigan that consisted of Joe Bruce (Violent J), Joey Utsler (Shaggy 2 Dope), and John Utsler (John Kickjazz). They released 5 and a half albums as gang members in the gang Inner City Posse. In 1991 they changed their name to Insane Clown Posse and later replaced John Kickjazz with Greez-E (from Bass-ment Pt.2). Their final album Gangsta Codes was unfinished and resulting in 5 and a half albums instead of six.
