The Insanity song "Fire Death Fate" which was the first song on the bands '85 demo was circulated worldwide in the underground tape trading scene. Grindcore pioneers Napalm Death covered the song on the CD Leaders Not Followers volume 2. Barney from Napalm Death would also contribute liner notes for the Insanity CD "From The Grave" a 70 minute compilation of Insanity material written from 1985 to the early 1990's.
