Jason Falkner (born June 2, 1968) is an American pop and rock musician. He was a member of the Los Angeles alternative rock group The Three O'Clock during the creation of their final record Vermillion and until their breakup. He then became a member of the San Francisco-based power pop band Jellyfish and later joined the band The Grays, releasing their one and only album titled Ro Sham Bo.
