Heavy Horses as a whole is under appreciated, and Weathercock in particular is deserving of more airplay. The lyrics take the form of a whimsical interrogation of a weather-vane, and the music and vocals both slip lightly under the apparently heavy production, quite effectively creating a mood of wonder and danceability simultaneously.
