Big Walter Horton was a better harp player then Little Walter &( that's my opinion only). Big Walter Horton used his big hands to get the sounds which that's the right way to play the blues harp & he also had big lungs. Best harp player I've ever seen play the harp live & I've seen many of them.

I think this is the tune for "Since I lost my baby". Ever since I heard this on a Sun Studios compilation album, this has been one of my absolute favourites. Little Walter was a genius on the Harp - and here he has a hypnotic melody. In the background, give credit to Sam Phillips who recorded this in his pre-Elvis era, when he was looking for a white guy who could take black music and turn it into something which would sell outside the black community. In the meantime, he was recording some of the black greats - and Little Walter was one of those.
