Leka Tchipa was formed in 1996 and only existed for a couple of months and didn't even play a single concert. It was side-project of the guys from Anomie, which by that time were close to break up. Gilles Auvinet on drums (and in Anomie on bass), Johnny Vellaine on guitar. Guillaume Brot did the vocals. They had recorded 11 songs and were going to release them on a split LP with The New Thing, but for various reasons it never came out. Luckily their records were found and digitized.
