The only line attributed to Caligula himself, ‘Let them hate me, so long as they fear me’ appears here. Caligula, was a roman emperor who was notoriously infamous for his tyrannical reign, abusive cruelty, sadism, extravagance, debauchery and sexual perversion. Kristin named the album intentionally based on his name, as to know the enemy and rebel against him. As he is a metaphor of every abuser out there. Worth-mentioning, Kristin has his name tattooed on her chest as seen in the album artwork.
