"Magneettimiehen kuolema" was the first album of the Finnish songwriter Pekka Streng (born in 1948). The album was released in 1970 and it gained good success even though Streng gave no public interviews. He died in 1975 to cancer.
The album itself is considered a masterpiece of Finnish progressive and psychedelic music. It contains melodical and instrumental songs and a couple of radio hits like "Sisältäni portin löysin" . The album art is designed by Streng's sister Sonja.
