The follow up to The Ruts 1982 classic punk dub reggae Rhythm Collision Vol. 1. It features Mad Professor, Prince Fatty, Tenor Fly and members of Misty in Roots and Alabama 3. Released in 2013, work began on the album in 2011 when Segs was asked to do remixes of "Militant" and "Accusation" which had appeared on the original 1982 release. FOLLOWING ON FROM THE RUTS Ruts DC was the follow up name used by the surviving three members of The Ruts following the death of singer Malcolm Owen in 1980. They released two albums: Animal Now (a rock record on Virgin in 1981), and Rhythm Collision (a dub reggae record on their own imprint, Bohemian, in 1982, engineered by Mad Professor).
