This track samples a voice clip from 1992 when the then immigration minister Birgit Friggebo who, during a heated debate about xenophobia, tried to calm the mood by suggesting that everyone would come together and sing "We Shall Overcome". This did, in fact, not calm the mood, and the clip has since been deemed as one of the most awkward political moments in Swedish history.
