The actual 'Departure Lounge' is a solo Sarah Cracknell track originally recorded for her solo album in 1996 but was released under the Saint Etienne moniker, firstly in 1997 on the Valentines Day '97 EP, and then on the Saint Etienne box set, Eric Random.

Sarah Cracknell (born 1967) is the vocalist of British pop group Saint Etienne. Her debut recording was her 1987 solo single Love is All You Need. Following this, she guested on many other artist's work but managed to release one full length solo LP called Lipslide in 1997. Three years later, an odds and sods 7 track mini-LP called Kelly's Locker (featuring 2 previously unreleased songs) was released in the US.
