Scran is a collective of young traditional musicians from the Isle of Man. The band grew out of the the 'Bree' Manx youth music movement. Culture Vannin, the Manx Cultural organisation who set up Bree, took some of the more experienced members and split them off to create the 'Bree Supergroup', led by mentor, Paul Rogers (Mabon, Strengyn & Fecktones).
