Smyle was a Dutch rock band from The Hague, The Netherlands. They released five singles between 1972 and 1974 and had Bas Muijs as their frontman. Muijs' singing voice sounded uncannily like John Lennon's, which was reason enough for Smyle to try and copy The Beatles' sound as perfectly as they could. They did an astonishingly good job.
