Supergroove are a funk rock band from New Zealand. Their career (1992-1997, 2007-present) saw them release 2 albums, Traction and Backspacer (the latter which was released after the band fired singer Che Fu & trumpeter Tim Stewart); plus and EP, a remix album (by DLT), and a best-of. After their split several former members of the band went on to form another NZ group called Svelte and Che Fu started a successful solo career in hip hop.
