Formed in Skive, Denmark in 1996 by Thomas Troelsen and Asger Tarpgaard, the band consisted of Thomas Troelsen (vocals and synthesizers), Thomas Christensen (drums), Tanja Simonsen (keyboard and backing vocals), Lars Hovendahl (bass), Bjarke Staun (guitar and synthesizers) and Asger Tarpgaard (guitar).
