The Illusion of Safety, styled The Hoosiers & The Illusion of Safety, is the second album by British Indie-Pop band The Hoosiers, released on 16 August 2010. The album is a departure from the style of their debut album, The Trick to Life, making more use of synthesizers and other electronic instruments. In 2011, the album was re-released under the name Bumpy Ride, taken from a single off the album, after the record label's failure to promote it.
