At least two bands go by the name of The Scraps: 1) A German band from small town Bad Arolsen that was founded in January '07 by singer and guitarist Thien Anh Le and bass player Michael Patzer. Back then the project was intended to act as a cover band but soon self-written material was more important than covered songs. Since Le and Patzer were lacking of a talented drummer, Steffen Rummel was asked to join and therewith complete the band.
