High and Mighty is Uriah Heep's ninth studio album, released in June 1976. By many fans, it is considered to be the last true Uriah Heep album, as it was the last to be recorded with the band's original singer, David Byron. He was fired from the band soon later at the demand of Ken Hensley, who couldn't stand Byron's erractic behaviour caused by his alcohol abuse. Byron was asked to rejoin the band in 1980, but refused.
