Love Is War is the fourth studio album by the Estonian all-girl band Vanilla Ninja. The album was their first as a three-piece band as well as the first on the EMI-owned Capitol Records label, after they split from their previous label, Bros Records (owned by Sony). Their split from Bros Records was less than glorious, due to the actions of their producer, David Brandes. Vanilla Ninja is a girl pop/rock band, formed in Estonia in 2002. They enjoyed chart success in a number of countries across Europe, especially in Germany and Austria. The band's line-up always featured Lenna Kuurmaa (Vocals & Guitars), Piret Järvis (Vocals, Guitars) and Katrin Siska (Keyboards), featured Maarja Kivi in their earlier years, and briefly Triinu Kivilaan.
