Wylie Dixon (March 19, 1936) was an American rhythm and blues singer. Wylie Dixon was born in Columbus, Mississippi. In his youth he sang gospel with The Highway QC's and The Traveling Kings. He later went secular performing with The Big Wheels, a group that also featured Bobby Pointer, James Carr & Robert Goley. In 1964 he made his recordings under his name and The Big Wheels backed by Sonny Thompson's band for Federal. Out of four songs recorded, only one 45 was issued.
