Cha Cha Cha was an indie pop band active in the mid-to-late 90s. Starting out as a small homemade magazine in the summer of 1995, the 'zine was written by members Mike Perez and Raoul de la Cruz. With each 'zine, a tape of 4 songs was included, with each tape featuring a different singer.
