Born in Hawaii and raised in Maine, James Stevenson, aka everamzah, has been making electronic computer music off and on since the age of 14. Around the age of 12, he experimented with audio file editors to create sound effects and noisy soundscapes, which served as an introduction to computer music. His main focus in music is still software, and in particular Linux and Open Source audio software.
