I agree with eptadros... It was Damien who ended their relationship as musicians, so how could it be anything other than her loss? And it's really not, she's not being noticed now, finally, after all these years. Though, I've watched a lot of concerts where she gets the standing ovation and he does not. Her music is just different than Damien's, so it's not really a matter of who's better, it's who do you enjoy listening to more. Just saying.

Personally, I don't rate Lisa Hannigan half as highly as I rate Damien Rice, but as a partnership it was perfect, she was the sour to his sweet, but I think in the long run, it will be her loss.
