Nine Below Zero
Formed in South London in 1977, they won their place on the main London circuit two years later, storming usually complacent venues like Dingwalls, The Music Machine and The Rock Garden with a rip-roaring of Blues and R&B. Suddenly there was life in the old Blues horse yet! A new dynamic life! There was vigour, there was spontaneity, there was enthusiasm, there was...
Nine Below Zero.
Nine Below Zero are Dennis Greaves, Gerry McAvoy,
Brendan O'Neill and Mark Feltham

Tantrum
Tantrum are one of the most exciting young bands to have exploded onto the British blues scene in years. With an average age of just 20 it’s hard to believe they play with an energy and ability that creates an excitement and maturity that sets them apart from their contemporaries and moves them into an arena that only truly great bands have graced. Tantrum have fused their influences to create what many consider to be the sound that will finally take the blues into the mainstream.

A.W.O.L. (support)
A.W.O.L. is a four-piece band based in Maryport. They formed in 2002 and have been playing gigs round the county since then. They supported the Animals at our 2006 festival after winning a local 'Battle of the Bands' competition. The band’s proudest moment occurred when AC/DC singer Brian Johnson saw one of its gigs and said they were “awesome.” A.W.O.L. whose set consists of covers and originals, has released one album, A Way Of Life.

Sidewinder (support)
Formed in late 2006, the band members, Mike Dodd (guitar & vocals), Mark Singleton (drums), and Kev Farish (bass) have a collective playing experience of over 50 years!

T.Rextasy
T-rextasy was formed in 1992 by lead singer Danielz and were soon receiving excellent reviews from publications such as Melody Maker and playing venues including London’s Marquee Club.
They are the only band to have been authorised and endorsed by Marc Bolan's Catalogue Management, and are now officially recognised as the World's No1 group dedicated to the greatest glam rocker of all time - Marc Bolan of T.Rex. With their uncanny doppelganger lead singer and guitarist, Danielz, T.Rextasy perform a powerful and mesmerising presentation of Marc Bolan's rock and pop anthems.

Stereotonics
Formed in 1999, Stereotonics are widely regarded as the official Stereophonics tribute band. With a wealth of gigging experience and after over 9 years on the road they can claim to have played more shows than the real band themselves and any other Stereophonics tribute band in the country! Indeed, the real Stereophonics have even heard them play and agree that they rock as much as the real thing.

The Evidence
The Evidence is a six-piece band who play dynamic and energetic rock music - ranging from classic R&B to modern indie. The band came together less than two years ago - though all members of the band have many years playing experience.

Sunday 13th September 12pm - 6pm
Tickets - Adults £8 / Children £1
(only admitted if accompanied by an adult)

Cash Prize Karaoke (12 - 4pm)

Oasish
The UK's leading tribute to Oasis.Accurately re-creating the looks, sound and attitude of the real band, Oasish have fine tuned their show to be the biggest, best and loudest Oasis tribute band in the UK.
Oasish will be featuring members that have played with big names including Robbie Williams, The Who, Vanessa Mae, Chesney Hawkes and many more.

Rigsby (support)
Formed in 1996 out of former members of "THE RINKY DINK PANTHERS" and "VISION THING" they started playing local gigs with cover versions and two self penned tracks. Their first track release was recorded live at The Richmond hall (now the Brickyard) in Carlisle which attracted the attention of record label KD's. The resultant partnership led to the release of their first EP. National success followed with their track 'Divebomber' played on Radio 1 by Steve Lamacq and the late, great John Peel. After a break of 7 years Rigsby are back!

The Alleys (support)
Featuring Jonny Foster on vocals and lead guitar The Alleys are a young eclectic band from Carlisle, Cumbria. This is local young talent at its very best. Don't miss them!
