布衣. (Bùyī) is a Beijing-based folk-rock band with roots in Ningxia. They first got together in 1995 in Yinchuan, Ningxia, China. Their music combines elements of folk music from around China with rock, and often features 古箏 (guzheng) in addition to electric and acoustic guitars.
