Jade Kwan Sum Yin (Traditional Chinese: 關心妍; Simplified Chinese: 关心妍), born 31 July 1979, is a female Cantopop singer from Hong Kong. Kwan is the winner of the "New Talent Singing Competition - Canada" in 1999 and later also won the "Best Potential Award" in the "New Talent Singing Competition 1999" by the song "Face" (臉) originally sung by singer Faye Wong.
