The group's members rose from the ashes of former Shoals-area metal and hardcore bands such as Vesper Rose, Offset, and Despondency and included Greg Nuby (vocals), Breeze McCaig (guitar), Todd Manley (guitar), David Carlson (bass), and Ian Nash (drums).
