The track was written as part of a remix project by ocremix.org, which intended to remix the soundtrack of Capcom's Super Streetfighter II: Turbo. Aetherius wrote lyrics and additional musical themes and melodies to accompany what was a primarily repetitive and otherwise uneventful track. The tendency toward purple prose in Aetherius' lyrics led Shael Riley to include the phrase in his own version of the same track, which was based on the same melody that Aetherius had written.
