'Anita' was Anita O'Day's first album released with her third record label, Verve Records, in 1956. It was later re-released as 'This Is Anita' in 1962. It was arranged and conducted by Buddy Bregman and was the first in a series of albums recorded by O'Day for the newly inaugurated Verve Records.
