In December 2019, Azteca performed a spinal MRI investigation in which he found out that he was suffering from a lateral deviation of the spine from the normal vertical line, a condition also known as scoliosis. The artist then shared the experience with his followers on Instagram, saying that for him it was a deeply spiritual experience and that he spent his time, which seemed to flow much more slowly, designing his next album, hence the title.
