Bear Ballerina, based out of northern Los Angeles is the solo project of Matt Goldberg, former singer/songwriter and 1/3 of Baloo (concrete/animal rock outfit from the same area). Bear Ballerina blends sample-based minimal hip-hop with dark and subtle electronica.
